Short, fast
and public.
We prefer to say it honestly.
X has become a small channel in Flanders, with an audience that mainly consists of media, politics, and technology. If your client is not among them, you get little out of it.
If they are there, then it's strong. You react faster than anywhere else to what happens in your sector and you reach journalists and colleagues directly. That is a close but valuable group.
What we do.
- Honestly check if your audience is actually here.
- A profile that is correct and refers to the right place.
- Short messages with news from your sector, quickly published.
- Follow-up on what is said about you.
- Reposting from your other channels where it makes sense.
- The advice to stop when it yields nothing.
So it proceeds.
What customers usually ask first questions.
Probably not, unless you are dealing with media, government, or technology. We prefer to say it in advance than for you to maintain an empty profile for a year.
Then there is a choice: restart, or neatly close the profile with a reference to your other channels. An inactive profile that remains up looks worse than no profile at all.
Officially X. Many people still say Twitter and both names are still used alongside each other.
Rarely literally. Shorter messages and a more direct tone apply here. Reposting without adjustment is immediately noticeable.
